2. Types of data collected
Through the website the following may be collected:
- Contact data submitted voluntarily via the contact form (full name, email address, subject and message text);
- Browsing data collected in aggregate and anonymous form (IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times), used for the proper operation and security of the site.
No special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) or data relating to minors are requested. If you are under 16, do not use the contact form without the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data are processed for the following purposes:
- To reply to requests and questions sent through the contact form (legal basis: steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR, and/or legitimate interest in managing correspondence, Art. 6.1.f GDPR);
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6.1.c GDPR);
- To ensure the security and technical operation of the site (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Form data are not used for newsletters or marketing without separate, explicit consent. For the contact form alone (replying to your request) no consent checkbox is required: the legal basis is managing correspondence initiated by you (Arts. 6.1.b and/or 6.1.f GDPR). 4. Processing methods and retention
Data are processed with IT and/or paper tools, adopting technical and organisational measures adequate to protect them from unauthorised access, loss or unlawful use.
Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted via a form-to-email service to the controller’s address. Data so received are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a relationship follows, for subsequent legal obligations, and in any case no longer than the periods set by applicable law.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data are not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. They may be accessible only to:
- authorised staff of Azienda Agricola Tamellini;
- the form-to-email provider (currently FormSubmit) and, where present, hosting or site maintenance providers, who process data on behalf of the controller solely to deliver or host messages.
Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except for technical needs of service providers, in which case with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Cookies
This site is static and, in its current configuration, does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools (analytics, advertising, social plugins).
Only the following may be used:
- Technical cookies that may be generated by the browser or hosting server, strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. load balancing, security). Such cookies do not require prior consent.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may limit some browsing features.
If analytics or profiling cookies are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required by law, user consent will be obtained.
7. Rights of the data subject
Under Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, you may at any time:
- access your personal data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to processing;
- request data portability, where applicable;
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
